Why not begin and finish your trip at Butt House and leave your car in our large car park for the duration of the walk?
The route splits into four daily stages of approximately 13 miles each between the villages of Keld,
Reeth Aysgarth and Hawes.
If you require a step by step map to walk the Herriot way we highly recommend ‘Walking the Herriot Way’ by Stuart Greig. Many of our guests have found this book very good.
